Services or Products

A Custom Boxes provides custom packaging boxes created as per the requirements of the clients. You can get other details and information about our available products and services on the website.

Order Placement and Acceptance

You can place an order on A Custom Boxes’ website if you want to purchase any product. All the orders are dependent on approval by A Custom Boxes. The company reserves all the right to accept or reject/cancel any order at its will.

Pricing and Order Policy

All the product’s prices are already mentioned on our website. And we have complete authority over modifying the prices anytime without providing any prior notice. You are required to proceed through payment when you place the order. You are obliged to provide the proof of printing when you place your order. You are provided with a time span of 6-8 hours to cancel your order once it is approved. Any further delay in the cancellation of the order will result in exertion of the full amount paid for the order.

Order Production and Delivery

All the time spans i.e production and delivery are only estimates. Changes might occur because of third party involvement. The custom printing and designing of your ordered custom boxes start after the provided file is completely uploaded and reviewed by the respective department at A Custom Boxes. The printing and designing process can take up to 5 working days whereas the shipment can take 2-3 business days. We make sure to provide you your order in time, however we are not responsible for any delays in delivery made by the courier service.

Intellectual Property

Whatever content is available on A Custom Boxes’ website including text, images, graphics or designs is A Custom Boxes’ intellectual property. You can download and print those images or graphics for personal use and if you want to work with us but using any of our content for other purposes like making money is strictly prohibited and if you still do so, it will result in a strict action against you.

Refunds and Returns

If you receive any custom box with fault in printing and designing, or any defect in the box, you are supposed to contact A Custom Boxes within the first 3 days after receiving your order. We will make sure to assist you in all possible ways except refunding. We can help you by reprinting and designing the defective pieces according to your requirements and it might take up to 6 days for you to receive them.

Submission of Personal Artwork Files

If you want your personal artwork or design to be printed on the custom box, make sure to send us the file in 300 dpi and CMYK format only. If you do not abide by this requirement, we will not be responsible for distorted printing of your designs.

Make sure the content you are uploading is your personal property and is appropriate.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

A Custom Boxes has complete control and authority over changing these terms and conditions at any time. The customers should stay updated with the latest version of the site.
